Milk: its vitamins and minerals
Know the specific benefits that milk provides kids when growing.
 

Surely you’ve heard about the importance of milk over and over, especially for growing and developing kids. Maybe you paid attention and realized that milk is one of those complete meals that provide tremendous amounts of very necessary vitamins and minerals during all stages of life, but particularly during preschool and school years.

Kids grow very fast and therefore you have to be careful in adequately fulfilling those needs, because any long-term deficiencies can produce irreversible health damages to your kids.

Giving your kid at least two glasses of Coronado milk per day will give you peace of mind, in knowing that your children are getting all the vitamins and minerals they need. Some of these include:

VITAMIN A: helps promote healthy vision and skin. It is very important for normal bone growth, and in the prevention of common infectious diseases in children.

VITAMIN C: helps prevent colds and infections; as well as aiding scars heal quicker and healthier.

VITAMIN B12: improves memory, concentration and learning in kids and helps fight against anemia and fatigue.

IRON: helps promote normal growth and improves our body’s defense system. It also helps against anemia in kids, which makes them tired, sleepy and deprives them of much needed energy, which can cause problems in concentration and learning in school.

CALCIUM: helps promote healthy bone and dental growth and development. Those kids that get the necessary calcium intake during childhood and adolescence can actually reduce their chances of suffering from osteoporosis when they’re older.
