In a frying pan, mix the Barrita CORONADO, prepared sauce, leeks, garlic, coconut, sweet pepper, oregano and fish. Cook for 3 minutes moving continuously. Add the CORONADO Milk and let it cook for 3 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and then add the rice and corn. Mix well. Cover and let cook at very low temperature until the rice is very hot.
