Preheat oven at 350°F. Grease bread pan with shortening, then flour pan.  In a container, mix sweet potatoes, condensed milk, CORONADO Cream Cheese and eggs.  If you wish, you can put it in the mixer. Add the rest of the ingredients slowly with circular movements. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.  Serves 12.

Tips: You can also use a cupcake pan. You can also be frozen. Great for Christmas dinner. You can decorate with CORONADO Cream Cheese on the top and some cinnamon.  You can also pour some liquor once they are out of the pan. You can bake them in microwave at high from 8 to 10 minutes.
