Heart of palm fruit (Pejivaye) Pudding




Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F Grease 9 x10” pan. Mix ingredients in a bowl. Place in the pan. Bake for about 25 to 35 minutes.
Serves 12 .

Tips: Ideal for coffee or tea, or simply served as a side with beef or pork. You can cut it in squares and decorate with CORONADO Cream Cheese and a piece of “pejivaye”.

1 ½ cups ground hardened raw sugarcane syrup (dulce de tapa)
1 cup of CORONADO Milk
1 cup of ZARCERO Sour Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 melted Barrita CORONADO
4 eggs
