In a food processor or blender, place watercress, onions, garlic, potatoes and some broth. Place in a pan and add the rest of the broth, plus CORONADO Milk, Barrita CORONADO and let it boil. Take away from the heat. In a soup bowl, place ZARCERO Sour Cream and the eggs (uncooked and without beating). Add the watercress, very hot, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Serves 8.
