In a hot pan melt LA BARRITA CORONADO butter, add chopped bacon, onions, garlic and bell peppers. Cook at medium heat, while constantly stirring until bacon is toasted. Add beans with some of its broth, cumin, Worcester sauce and cilantro. Stir until boiling. Add rice and mix all the ingredients well and add Tabasco. Move pan from heat and serve immediately. Serve it with tortillas, eggs, plantains, chorizo or sausage, and of course a large dollop of ZARCERO sour cream.

Tips
Remember that you can prepare Gallo Pinto according to your own personal taste, it can be dry or moist, but the ultimate secret of this dish, is to have well prepared flavorful beans.
