Coconut Flan




Preparation

Blend condensed milk, sour cream, milk, coconut and eggs. Put sugar in a hot pan, and caramelize. Grease a Pyrex container or bread pan with melted LA BARRITA butter. Pour caramelized sugar in greased pan. Then add mixture. You can microwave this recipe at full power, uncovered for 25 minutes, or bake in a conventional oven at 350°F, in a bain-marie for about 1 hour.
Serves 8.

Tips
You can substitute coconut with 2 cups of pureed pumpkin.
