In a container, mix cream cheese, ham, eggs, pineapple and ketchup. Spread mixture on 3 slices of bread, top with lettuce, and stack all 3 slices. Press on sandwich, and wrap with plastic and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serves 3.
Tips
You can substitute pineapple with fresh or canned apples, peaches or pears.
